We rented Trent’s place for a family weekend for my dad’s 60th birthday. The house was absolutely perfect to fit our family of 16! The teens enjoyed the pool table and the ping pong as well as the video gaming options. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and the grill! If it were warmer we would have hung out by the fire pit as well! The house is gorgeous and felt very safe for us all. We would definitely stay here again!
This was a very large property which accommodated our large group. We had a great time and I would recommend this listing.
Property was very spacious for the eight of us. Both Park City and Snowbird were under an hour drive away. The hot tub worked great, but needed to be reset daily to keep the temp above 100 degrees by flipping the breaker. We enjoyed our stay and Trent the property owner was responsive and easy to work with.
We had a great time at the house for family and friends bonding. Trent was very thorough with the check in process. The house was clean with plenty of supplies. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home. 10 minutes to downtown Salt Lake. Visited the State House, Children's Museum, Planetarium. Ate at the Creek City Center area, many restaurants and stores. Visited the huge Mormon Tabernacle.
Home 18 minutes from the airport.
Had trouble with the WiFi password misspelling, but was quickly fixed with a text to the owner.
This worked out great for our family get together after the Holidays. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out if needed.
Great house with several bedrooms to accommodate large groups. Super short drive to over to downtown Salt Lake City and 30-40 min drive over to Park City. Host was great and communicated real well. Had a great time and definitely would stay again. Thank you!
This house was the perfect fit for our family, coming from several states, to gather for a wedding weekend. There was plenty of space for all 5 adults, their spouses and the 5 children. Great accommodations and amenities. Trent was wonderful to work with.

Spacious home that afforded my large family the opportunity to visit and relax in the Utah mountains. Close to downtown Salt Lake City. Kids enjoyed the amenities of the downstairs - especially the playhouse. The owners were accommodating and accessible.
Our group traveling for a NYE ski week was taken aback by how beautiful and spacious this home was! Leading up to the trip, Trent was excellent to communicate with and during the trip was available when needed. The size was perfect for our group of 14 adults to have enough breathing space but also feel cozy and at home. The location was perfect to get to and from the airport and the 45 minute trip to Park City was a beautiful drive for a day of skiing. Thank you Trent for a great trip!
Home was Very large and roomy. We had 20+ stay for Thanksgiving weekend and had plenty of room for all and had a great time. The owner was easy to communicate with and let us arrive couple hours early when we had to beat a winter storm. There were only a couple concerns we had. The amenities list garage which would have been great since it snowed several times during our stay but it was full of owners vehicles. We had to spend a couple hours each mornings snow blowing and shoveling the driveway. There was someones truck that was parked on the driveway the whole time that was a little inconvenient since we had 6 vehicles of our own. The main refrigerator and pantry were quite full of the owners food which was a bit of a hassle since we were there for Thanksgiving (food, food, food). Putting aside a few minor negatives, this house is in a great location with a awesome view of the Salt Lake valley and easy access to downtown
Great stay. Property owner was very accessible and prompt with responding back to us. This was perfect for our vacation home away from home. There was lots of space and very relaxing. Special bonus was having a family of deer come onto the property. The kids loved it!
